In June 2025 we were honoured to host an exclusive screening of the OSCAR™ Nominated short-film The Last Ranger. Thanks to your support the event raised almost £30,000 to support our work creating and expanding Rhino Strongholds, and supporting the rangers who protect them.
With 134 ticket holders for our in-person screening in London, and over 100 more joining us online, we were thrilled to be able to share this important story with so many of our supporters.

The atmosphere in the cinema was electric, and it was clear to see just how absorbed our audience was by this impactful film. This was further evidenced by the lively, and extensive Q&A that followed. It was truly inspiring to hear from our special guests and to see our audience so engaged with the issue at hand.
Thank you to everyone who engaged with the event, and a big thank you to our event sponsors Intrepid Travel for their generosity. Thank you to our newest Patron Dr Marc Abraham OBE for chairing our Q&A, and thank you to our special guests Sergeant Felicia Mogokane of the Black Mamas, our Patron Peter Egan, and film- makers Cindy Lee and David S Lee, for sharing your insights. And an extra thank you to Cindy, David and The Last Ranger team for allowing us to share your phenomenal film with our supporters.

When you see a dead rhino it feels like millions of years of waste, I was at a complete loss for words and self at the time... I used my experience facing this waste of life and had to do something. Thankfully I had the right partners and the right director to bring it to life and make it as good as it is.
