Mel joins Helping Rhinos as Board Secretary, bringing over 20 years of experience in school business management. She is looking forward to using her experience to support the Board and advance the charity’s mission.
During the Croatian War of Independence Mel organised and participated in an aid mission taking supplies to refugee camps and it was this mission that led to her travelling to Laos, South Africa and Uganda to continue her humanitarian work.
Life now is a little slower enjoying more local adventures with her family and Charlie, her faithful cocker spaniel.
